It’s no secret that ASUS will be launching their ZenFone 5 series at MWC 2018. Based on their teaser, the ZenFone 5 series will come with 18:9 displays and dual camera setups. New leaks about the ZenFone 5 suggests that it could have a notched display like the iPhone X.

An image has been posted on twitter allegedly being the ZenFone 5. The image shows a notched display that’s similar to that of the iPhone X.

Another piece of information has surfaced via AnTuTu about an ASUS device codenamed Z01RD, which has an unusual resolution of 2246 x 1080. Aside from the resolution, the image shows the internals that the ZenFone 5 is expected to have: a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 6GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. Specifications that a new flagship should have.
We’ll know for sure what ASUS will be bringing to the table once they launch the ZenFone 5 series at MWC 2018.
