Aimed at young professionals, the Lenovo ThinkBook 13S combines power and portability in a minimalist package. Aside from power, Lenovo has also increased privacy tools on the ThinkBook 13S allowing its users to rest easy from unwanted interruptions.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 13S comes with an Intel Core i5-8265U processor with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of NVMe storage. Depending on the configuration, the notebook can be decked with either an Intel UHD 620 or an AMD Radeon 540X 2GB GPU.

Lenovo has managed to shave quite a bit from the bezels on the ThinkBook 13S. The 13.3-inch IPS display now only comes with a 5.5mm bezels. In addition, the panel comes with anti-glare coating as well as the capability to display up to 300nits of brightness.

Privacy is one of the utmost concerns of Lenovo. To let their users their safe from unwanted visitors, the ThinkPad 13S comes with an integrated fingerprint reader on the power button, a physical shutter on the 720p webcam, and Trusted Platform Module 2.0.

The magnesium alloy body and zinc alloy hinges of the Lenovo ThinkPad 13S allows it to be tough and light. Reliability has also been designed in mind with the notebook’s backlit keyboard having a bit of liquid resistance of up to 60cc.
