Set to be officially launched on IFA 2018, LG will be entering two new smartphones in their LG G7 lineup. Composed of the LG G7 One and G7 Fit, the former will have a Qualcomm Snapdargon 835 while the latter will have a more competitive price and specifications.
LG G7 One
As mentioned, the LG G7 One will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with 4GB of RAM while the more powerful LG G7 ThinQ has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. The G7 One comes with a notched 6.1-inch QHD+ 3120 x 1440 FullVision panel with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
On the notched screen is an 8MP f/1.9, 80-degree wide-angle selfie camera while at the rear is a 16MP f/1.6 main camera with LED Flash. The G7 One will also come with 32GB of internal storage, will run on Android 8.1 Oreo, and will be part of Google’s Android One program.
The LG G7 One comes with IP68 certification as well as a military grade MIL-STD 810G certified chassis. This means that the smartphone’s chassis will be more durable compared to its contemporaries.
LG G7 Fit
Designed to fit on a more competitive market, the LG G7 Fit comes with an older Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC with 4GB of RAM. Despite its relatively dated SoC, the G7 Fit still comes with a 6.1-inch QuadHD+ notched IPS display.
The LG G7 Fit, like the LG G7 One, comes with an IP68 certification as well as a military grade MIL-STD 810G certified chassis.
