LG is packing a monster battery on the G PAD II 10.1

-

That’s a really long name (but it also comes with long battery life!).

LG is not backing out on the ongoing tablet wars – they will officially unveil the next model of their G Pad series at IFA in Berlin. Following its official debut, both versions (LTE and WiFi) of the LG G Pad II 10.1 will be first released on the market in North America, Europe and Asia.

The LG G Pad is pretty much known for the perfect balance of spec sheets and price tags to entice every consumers. The G Pad II 10.1 offers more features than other devices in the competition with its clear WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display for unlimited multimedia, gaming and browsing experience. It comes with a fast 2.26GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, and with its 7,400mAh battery, you won’t be limited on entertainment for the whole day (even more).

It also has a large 10.1-inch display which is almost a laptop screen – which we are not sure if this is really a tablet or a laptop. It features a slim and sleek design and boasts that it has the slimmest bezel among any similar-sized tablets that are currently available.

“The LG G Pad II 10.1 was developed in response to consumers’ feedback and optimized for multimedia consumption.” said Chris Yie, vice president and head of marketing communications for LG Mobile Communications Company. “Customers asked for a large display, bigger battery and faster performance all without raising the price. The G Pad II delivers on all counts.”

Details of price and availability will be announced during the launch. They will also allow everyone who attends the event to experience the LG G Pad II 10.1 to experience it first-hand.
