Huawei’s next entry in their Mate series may be called the Huawei Mate 20 series if their registration of the label Mate 20 in the EU is to be believed. They have also patented the Mate series up the number 90 securing the name of the series for at least another seven generations.
Very little is known about Huawei’s upcoming Mate 20 smartphones. The rumor mill suggests that the Mate 20 series could have a home brewed Kirin 980 with 8GB of RAM and a 6.9-inch OLED screen.
We should be receiving more information about Huawei’s Mate series soon as it is expected to launch within the fourth quarter of 2018.
