Microsoft has partnered up with an Indian gadget maker called iBall to create a device called Splendo, a PC with a size of a dongle that runs on Windows 8.1

This tiny device can connect to TV sets and monitors through HDMI. It’s only powered with an Intel Atom quad-core processor so don’t expect too much on this. It is packed with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

You can also find a MicroSDXC card slot and ports to plug in USB and Micro USB peripherals, it also has Bluetooth 4.0 if really want to have a portable and mobile PC.

The said device will be available in India for just $140 around July.
