Motorola China has unveiled a teaser for an upcoming 200MP smartphone, which will launch this coming July. Rumors say that the smartphone will be the long-awaited Motorola Frontier.
Previous rumors say that the device will come with a Samsung 200MP ISOCELL HP1 sensor. It can produce 2×2 pixel binning for 50MP stills or 4×4 binning for a 12.5MP image. It will also support 8K video at 30fps as well as Staggered HDR, multisampling, and Smart ISO Pro.
It is suggested that the Motorola Frontier will come with a 6.67-inch pOLED 144Hz display, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset, 4,500mAh battery with 125W fast charging, and a 60MP selfie camera. More specifications should present themselves as we near the smartphone’s expected July 2022 arrival.
