Since most people are now avoiding going outside due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MSI Gaming is now offering free pickup services for warranty and repair claims within NCR. This was done in order to bring additional convenience to its customers in this challenging time.

There are several ways to set up MSI’s free pickup service:

This service, however, will only be available for select notebooks series including MSI’s GT Titan, GS Stealth, GE Raider, GP Leopard, Creator Series, Prestige Series, and WS Workstation. Of course, it’s given that your device needs to be within the warranty period in order to be processed by this service.

At this time, MSI’s free pickup service is only available within the National Captial Region. Pickup schedules will be usually within 2 – 3 days after the request confirmation. You can learn more about MSI’s warranty services through their official website.
