To make repairs and laptop diagnoses much easier for its customers, MSI is launching their first authorized repair services outside Metro Manila. This includes providers in Albay, Cagayan, Cebu, and Zamboanga.
MSI users can now expect a faster turnaround time for repairs as they can go directly to an authorized partner nearest their area for unit assessment. Safety protocols are strictly enforced and observed in the authorized service locations for the safety of the public and their service staff.
Those who reside in Metro Manila can also take advantage of repair services through MSI’s pick-up service. This is only available for selected MSI models that are still covered by the warranty.
The brand is currently setting its sights on expanding their coverage on other areas including Baguio, Tacloban, Iloilo, and Davao.
