MSI outs RTX 3000 series gaming notebooks in PH

MSI has officially brought in their range of RTX 3000 series refresh of their gaming notebooks into the Philippines. These newly refreshed notebooks also now come with larger NVMe drivers as well as faster panels with up to 300Hz refresh rates, in addition to their new GPUs.

MSI GE Raider Series

The MSI GE Raider series retain their flagship status in the latest notebook refresh. You can get up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU with up 32GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3200MHz, as well as up to 2TB of NVME storage. All of its components are encased in a sleek, RGB-lit chassis.

Two variants will be available in the Philippines: one with an RTX 3080, a 17.3-inch FullHD display running at 300Hz, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. Meanwhile, the other version will ship with an RTX 3070, the same size screen but at a slightly slower 240Hz, and slightly less RAM at only 16GB. Regardless of the model, both notebooks will come with an RGB keyboard with per-key lighting thanks to MSI’s partnership with SteelSeries.

MSI GP Leopard Series

For those who like a minimalist approach to aesthetics may prefer the MSI GP Leopard series. It comes with a less-cluttered chassis with the only RGB lighting you can see is its MSI x SteelSeries RGB keyboard.

Despite the lack of flash in its design, it still comes with the same horsepower under the hood. You can get an Intel Core i7-10870H CPU an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and 1TB of NVMe storage. The only real difference between its two variants is the display: one will come with a 17.3-inch FullHD 144Hz screen while the other has a smaller 15.6-inch FullHD 144Hz panel.

MSI Stealth Series

The Stealth series has been made for those who prefer a lightweight notebook that can still bring top-notch performance. The latest addition to the series is the MSI Stealth 15M which only weighs at just 1.7kg and has a thickness of 16.15mm.

The Stealth 15M is also one of the first notebooks in the lineup to receive Intel’s Tiger Lake CPU and has been paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. The notebook also gets a 15.6-inch IPS display running at 144Hz as well as 16GB of DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz.

Meanwhile, their existing GS66 Stealth notebooks are also being updated to the latest Ampere GPUs. They do pack an Intel Core i7-10870H and can be decked out with either an RTX 3060, RTX 3070, or an RTX 3080 depending on the performance you need.

Availability

All of MSI’s RTX 3000 series refresh notebooks are now available for pre-order until February 28, 2021. Those who will pre-order can get up to PHP 11,000 in freebies. Redemption for all pre-orders will be on February 28 until March 15, 2021.
