With the successful launch of the Zenfone 2 in various parts of the world, it seems ASUS has more ZenFones up their sleeves. A teaser was unveiled recently in the facebook page showing a ZenFone with a large camera at the front and a 6 letter word pertaining to “You will see the perfect you, also known as _ _ _ _ _ _.” Plus the post hints out the front part of the phone being shown.
Earlier rumors are believed that the ZenFone Selfie will be equipped with dual 13 megapixel camera, even a flash on the front and boasting their PixelMaster technology. Also rumored is the Selfie to be equipped with a laser autofocus which is used by high end smartphones by LG. On the processor, its believed to be using Intel chipset inside, but in our observation with Intel they aren’t that active with any new smartphones lately. Perhaps the Selfie is the rumored smartphone where ASUS will also use processors from Qualcomm or MediaTek, but what ever it is its sure to be another interesting phone.
The ZenFone Selfie will be unveiled on June 1, 2015 at Computex Taipei Taiwan. While the earlier launched ZenFone Zoom is still nowhere to be found, though ASUS CEO Jerry Shen earlier said that it might be released September 2015 due its still in product development.
