Uh-oh, it looks like the Chinese smartphone comany OnePlus has another device in the works. Files are spotted in the Federal Communications Commision wherein a OnePlus smartphone is dubbed as E1005. It’s a 5.5-inch handset that is very similar to the iPhone 4. It features a black handset with a metal edge, a camera at the back corner, a micro-USB port for charging. If we are to follow their marketing strategy, it will run on Android Oxygen OS.
OnePlus’ recent smartphone was known as the current “flagship killer. While it did quite live to its name but still features a good spec sheet and price tag, it was a stellar flagship phone. It is not yet clear on how the OnePlus smartphone will shape up the current market. According to the FCC filing, it features a 1.8GHz processor, LTE connectivity, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and an FM radio.
Official documentation hasn’t been revealed yet but we’ll find out soon enough as OnePlus has an event scheduled in India.
