HMD Global has announced that the Nokia 5.4 is arriving in the Philippines this March. In addition, it will also be accompanied by another budget-oriented smartphone, the Nokia 1.4.
The Nokia 5.4 packs a 6.39-inch 1560 x 720 display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It gets a 48MP f/1.8 main camera alongside a 5MP ultrawide, and two 2MP f/2.4 shooters for depth and macro.
It is powered by a 4,000mAh battery with 10W charging support through its USB Type-C port. Like most Nokia devices, the 5.4 is part of the Android One program which means it will receive important updates for its OS for at least two years.

The more budget-friendly of the two, the Nokia 1.4 ships with a 6.5-inch 1600 x 720 display with a 2MP front-facing camera peeking out. At the back is a sole 8MP shooter alongside a fingerprint scanner.
It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 chip with up to 3GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. A 4,000mAh battery provides power to the whole smartphone. The device is also part of the Android One program to ensure up-to-date functionalities.
