First launched in China back in May 16, the Nokia X6 has been officially launched globally under its new moniker, Nokia 6.1 Plus. Despite the name change, the Nokia 6.1 Plus carries most of the same specifications as its Chinese counterpart.
The Nokia 6.1 Plus comes with a notched 5.8-inch FullHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage running on Android 8.1 Oreo. It also comes supported by Google’s Android One program, which means that it should get frequent updates for better security and performance.
Cameras are largely the same with the Nokia 6.1 Plus having a 16MP + 5MP rear camera setup with a single 16MP front-facing camera. All the smartphone’s components runs on a non-removable 3,060mAh battery. Here are the complete specifications of the Nokia 6.1 Plus:

The Nokia 6.1 Plus retails first in Hong Kong for HKD 2,288 (USD 300 or PhP 16,000). No word yet about local availability in the Philippines.
