NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti priced at PhP 69,990 and PhP 34,800 in PH

NVIDIA has announced that the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti will be priced at PhP 69,990 and PhP 34,800 in the Philippines, respectively. The former will be released on June 3, 2021 while the latter will be available starting June 10, 2021.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is positioned in the middle of the RTX 3090 and 3080 and packs 10,240 CUDA cores with a 350W TDP. Clock speeds are rated at around 1.7GHz with performance being estimated at around 1.5x compared to the RTX 2080 Ti. VRAM has been increased to 12GB GDDR6X which is exactly half compared to the RTX 3090.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, on the other hand, has 8GB of GDDR6X VRAM and 174 Tensor-TFLOPS. The brand says that it can top the RTX 2070 Super with up to 1.5x the performance.

Pricing and Availability

As mentioned, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will be available in the Philippines on June 3 with a starting price of PhP 69,990. Meanwhile, the RTX 3070 Ti will arrive at a later date on June 10, 2021 with an asking price of PhP 34,800. All these have already been posted on the official NVIDIA website.

AIB partners have also announced they respective cards but have yet to announce official pricing of their aftermarket versions.

Given the current situation, we expect that only a few people in the Philippines will be able to enjoy these cards at their official SRPs. At this time, the RTX 3080 costs around PhP 100,000 and the RTX 3070 at around PhP 70,000. We anticipate that these price points would be a more realistic pricing for the market when the Ti cards arrive.
