NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 and 4060 Ti announced, starts at PhP 20,630 in PH

NVIDIA has officially launched their new mainstream GPUs – the GeForce RTX 4060 and RTX 4060 Ti. These Ada Lovelace-based cards are designed for 1080p gaming supplanting last generation’s mainstream offerings like the RTX 3060 and RTX 3060 Ti.

NVIDIA claims that the RTX 4060 Ti is on average 2.6x faster than the RTX 2060 Super and up to 1.7x faster than the RTX 3060 Ti on games that uses DLSS when compared to its DLSS 3. That figure lowers on games that use traditional rasterization or does not come with AI upscaling to 1.6x and 1.15x, respectively. The card will have two variants: 8GB and 16GB. The two will have 32MB of L2 Cache to improve performance and power efficiency.

On the other hand, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 replaces the RTX 3060 but with a more efficient 115W TDP compared to the latter’s higher 170W TDP. It will also DLSS 3 frame-generation so gamers can get more performance on titles that support it.
