After tons of leaks before its release, Vivo has just posted the official specs of the V9 on their India website. Vivo’s latest flagship, based on the website, will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a notched 6.3-inch IPS display at 2280 x 1080.
The Vivo V9 will ship out with dual rear cameras composed of a 16MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary shooter. The front-facing camera, on the other hand, will have a 24MP camera that features AI Face Beauty when taking seflies. The cameras will also support gender detection, face beauty video, and slow motion.
Vivo’s latest smartphone will run on Android 8.1 Oreo with their FunTouch OS 4.0 on top as well as use a traditional fingerprint scanner instead of an under-the-display finger scanning tech on the APEX. The V9 will get all its juice from a 3,260mAh and will ship with Pearl Black and Gold color options. There’s no official price yet as the cost stated on the website is clearly a placeholder (INR 10,000,000 which is equivalent to USD 153,900).
