The OPPO A3 is now officially slated to hit the Philippine market on September 13, 2024. The entry-level smartphone is being positioned as a durable and reliable device for everyday use.
The OPPO A3 is engineered with Military-Grade Shock Resistance allowing it to survive from accidental falls as high as 1.6 meters. SGS has also rated the A3 with a 5-star rating from its performance tests for durability that should ease your mind from accidents.
Under the hood is a Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 chip paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. It is being powered by a 5,100mAh battery and supports 45W SuperVOOC charging that reaches 100% from empty in 85 minutes.
As for imaging, you get a 50MP f/1.8 main camera at the back and a 5MP f/2.2 front-facing camera on its 6.97-inch HD+ 90Hz display. The A3 runs on ColorOS 14.0 based on Android 14, and integrates a fingerprint scanner on its power button.
The OPPO A3 starts at PhP 8,999 in the Philippines for its 6GB/128GB model. It will be available in Starry Purple and Purple Black colorways, with the Starlight White variant to follow soon.
The device will hit the market on September 13, 2024, and will be available on OPPO’s official Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores.
