The OPPO A3 has been announced to launch in the Philippines soon. Like most of the A series lineup, it is being positioned as a budget-oriented smartphone with a large screen and battery to become a daily workhorse device.
The OPPO A3 is built with a US Military-Grade Shock Resistance and rated 5-star for overall drop resistance in a performance test conducted by SGS. This means that the device can survive accidental falls from up to 1.6 meters, making it safer from rigorous tests of daily usage.
For additional reliability, the current A series come with Splash Touch technology and multiple liquid resistance. You don’t need to worry about the smartphone even when you get suddenly caught in sudden downpours or spills.
Under-the-hood, the A3 is powered by the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen1 platform. You also get a 50MP main camera at the rear, a 5,100mAh battery, and 45W SuperVOOC charging.
