The OPPO A58 has officially arrived in the Philippine market. Like most of the brand’s A series devices, it is being positioned as a budget-oriented device priced under PhP 10,000 while still packing a FullHD+ screen, 33W SuperVOOC charging, and a 50MP f/1.8 main camera.
OPPO has equipped the A58 with a 6.72-inch 2400 x 1080 IPS display that can boost up to 680nits in sunlight, so it can be viewed clearly even while outside. Over at the back is a 50MP f/1.8 main camera and a 2MP f/2.4 mono secondary while selfies are taken with an 8MP f/2.0 front-facing camera.
Powering it is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC charging over its USB-C port that promises 0 – 100% in 75 minutes. The device also packs a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, facial recognition, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
