OPPO has confirmed that their recently launched A94 will be coming into the Philippines this March 26, 2021. Initially launched in the UAE, the smartphone comes with an AMOLED display, quad rear cameras, and a 32MP f/2.4 front-facing shooter.
Its AMOLED display is a 6.43-inch 2400 x 1080 panel but lacks the faster 90Hz refresh rate that other midrange smartphones have started to adopt. Despite that, OPPO A94 will still come with a Helio P95 chip with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM.
Adding to the 32MP f/2.4 selfie camera is an array of quad cameras at the back. The A94 has the option to use its 48MP f/1.8 main lens, 8MP f/2.4 ultrawide camera, and two 2MP f/2.4 shooters for mono and macro.
The OPPO A94 ships out with Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 by default. It will also come with a 4,310mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock.
As mentioned, the OPPO A94 will arrive in the Philippines on March 26, 2021. Pricing has yet to be announced but we expect to receive word from the brand about its local price when it launches.
