OPPO is now offering a new Send-In Repair Service for their customers to have a more convenient way of keeping devices in tip-top shape. The contactless service allows all OPPO users within the National Capital Region to send in their OPPO devices to OPPO service centers at their own time using the courier of their choice.

In order to avail of the service, customers will need to visit the OPPO Support website and navigate to the OPPO Convenient Services for Send-In Repair. Fill out the details with the correct information. Once the application is successful, users can now view the send-in repair and information for the service center where they should send their devices for repair.

The success page will also display the details needed to ship the device to the OPPO Service Center. Once the customer’s devices have been checked, the service center will then ship back the device to the indicated address free of charge.

As a brand committed to delivering the best devices to our consumers, we’re also equally committed to ensuring we offer the best possible customer care services possible. We understand the difficulties and the anxiety of our consumers whenever they have to travel outside of their homes at this time so we’ve introduced a contactless customer repair service through the  Send-in Repair Service that gives our users a safer and more convenient way to have their OPPO devices checked,”  says Aaron Gueverra, OPPO Philippines Aftersales Assistant Director.
