From the ASUS ZenFone 5, Vivo V9, and Huawei P20 Lite, it seems that 2018 is the year of the notched display. The latest company to join what we’d like to call the “notch club” is OPPO. A teaser has been posted via Twitter about the upcoming OPPO R15 having a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC and a notched screen.

The Helio P60 SoC that’s expected to ship out with the OPPO R15 comes with four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and four low power Cortex-A53 cores at 2.0GHz. Based on the teaser, the notch on the display isn’t as large as the one found in the ASUS ZenFone 5 or the Vivo V9.
Not much is known yet about the OPPO R15. We’ll update you when we get more information about the smartphone.
