OPPO Reno10 Series 5G now in PH, starts at PhP 23,999

The OPPO Reno10 Series 5G have made its debut in the Philippines after its launch in China back in May. Three smartphones are arriving in the Philippines: The Reno10 5G, Reno10 Pro 5G, and  Reno10 Pro+ 5G all of which will come with telephoto lenses while the Pro series supports 100W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging.

The Reno10 Pro+ 5G is nearing the flagship-class status packing a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with a MariSilicon X NPU complemented by 16GB of RAM. Imaging includes a 50MP f/1.8 main, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 64MP f/2.4 periscope telephoto capable of up to 2x zoom as well as a 32MP f/2.4 front-facing camera.

It also moves up in charging as it now supports 100W SuperVOOC 2.0 for its dual-cell 4,700mAh battery. The screen is higher resolution than before with a 6.74-inch Curved OLED 2772 x 1240 120Hz display.

Though it’s a notch lower than the plus variant, the Reno10 Pro still comes with the same 6.74-inch 2772 x 1240 120Hz Curved OLED display. It also supports 100W SuperVOOC 2.0 but the battery capacity is slightly lower at 4,600mAh.

The chipset is now a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM. It will have a 50MP f/1.8 main lens and an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide but the telephoto camera is now a 32MP f/2.0 shooter.

The Reno10 5G is the most affordable of the lot but its not underpowered. It has the same 6.7-inch screen size of the Pro variants but lowers the resolution to 2412 x 1080 though it still runs at 120Hz. The battery is the same 4,600mAh unit on the Pro but charging speeds is slightly lower supporting 80W SuperVOOC 2.0

Its chipset is now a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Imaging include a 64MP f/1.7 main, a 32MP f/2.0 telephoto, and an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide at the back and a 32MP f/2.4 front-facing camera.

Price and Availability

The OPPO Reno10 Series 5G is priced starting at PhP 23,999 in the Philippines. Three variants are now up for pre-order: the Reno10 5G, Reno10 Pro 5G, and Reno10 Pro+ 5G for PhP 23,999, PhP 29,999, and PhP 39,999, respectively.

Pre-ordering any of the three smartphones until August 10, 2023 will net you a free Enco Buds2 worth PhP 1,999. You can get them through OPPO’s official Lazada and Shopee stores as well as OPPO concept stores and authorized retailers nationwide.
