The OPPO Reno8 5G and Reno8 Z 5G have officially launched in the Philippines. Both are positioned in the midrange segment with the former taking the upper-midrange market and the latter being the more budget-friendly option.
The OPPO Reno8 comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. At the back are three cameras with a 50MP f/1.8 Sony IMX766 main lens while at the front is a 32MP f/2.4 Sony IMX709 selfie camera. Its screen is a 6.4-inch 2400 x 1080 90Hz AMOLED panel and will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the OPPO Reno8 Z 5G ships with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage. Its imaging system comes with a 64MP f/1.7 main lens and a 16MP f/2.4 selfie camera. The screen remains largely the same at 6.4-inch 2400 x 1080 but refresh rate is dropped to the vanilla 60Hz.

Price and Availability
The OPPO Reno8 Z 5G and OPPO Reno8 5G is priced at PhP 19,999 and PhP 27,999 in the Philippines, respectively. Both are now available for pre-order until August 31, 2022 with a PhP 1,000 reservation fee, which will be deducted from the final price when they release on September 1, 2022.
Those who will pre-order will get a free limited edition Enco Buds worth PhP 1,699. These devices will also be available via major credits cards with 0% interest at 12 – 24 months and Home Credit with 0% interest for 6 – 15 months.
Both devices can be had through OPPO’s official Lazada and Shopee stores, OPPO concept stores, and authorized retailers nationwide.
