OPPO has announced on their official ColorOS weibo account that ColorOS 7 will make its debut on November 20, 2019. Although OPPO hasn’t announced what devices will receive the update, it is expected that they will release the full list of smartphones on event day in Beijing, China.
A teaser image has been posted on the ColorOS weibo account teasing some of the improvements that the new version will bring. Although specific details are still sparse, it is hinted that performance gain and gaming improvements will be brought as well as a system-wide dark mode.
Realme is also using the ColorOS platform on their smartphones. Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth have stated that despite their similarities, the Realme platform will closely mirror a stock Android experience.
