After the official announcement of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 family, Palit has unveiled their take on the Ampere-based GPUs with their GameRock and GamingPro lineup for the RTX 3090, RTX 3080, and RTX 3070.
Built for enthusiast gamers, GameRock cards are receiving a bit of a redesign this generation into what Palit calls “The Dazzling Angel” design. Although the exterior has changed, all of the beloved features such as ARGB lighting, odB fan mode, and Dual BIOS switch are retained. Triple fans are thrown in with its massive heatsink in order to provide more cooling performance.
Palit is also adapting their GamingPro series to the RTX 3000 series GPUs to those who prefer a more low-key design while still maintaining a high magnitude of performance. Video cards under this lineup will come with advanced TurboFan 3.0 with a double U heatpipe for cooling, and an iron-black and silver-grey design with ARGB.
Palit has not announced when their GameRock and GamingPro series will hit the market nor their respective prices. We expect them to make their appearance once NVIDIA’s cards hit the market on September 17, 2020 for the RTX 3080, September 24, 2020 for the RTX 3090, and next month for the RTX 3070.
