India has received a new entry from Poco – the Poco M6 Plus 5G. It adds to the current M6 lineup and comes with a few upgrades including the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Accelerated Edition and a 108MP main camera.
The M6 Plus 5G’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Accelerated Edition chipset is complemented by up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It will run on a 5,030mAh battery that supports 33W Fast Charging.
Imaging is provided by an 108MP f/1.75 main camera powered by an ISOCELL HM6 sensor, a 2MP f/2.4 macro, and a 13MP f/2.0 front-facing camera. Its display is a 6.79-inch 2400 x 1080 IPS screen running at 120Hz and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
Out-of-the-box, it will come with Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14. You also get an IR Blaster with the smartphone, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and IP53 dust and water resistance.

The Poco M6 Plus 5G is priced at INR 13,499 for the 6GB/128GB model and INR 14,499 for the 8GB/128GB version.
When directly converted, the smartphone is placed at around PhP 9,400 and PhP 10,100, respectively. It is currently exclusive to India, and there are no details yet as to when it will hit other markets around the globe. Stay tuned.
