Poco, Xiaomi’s affordable brand, will be having a big change next year as they prepare to close down its global website and store app. They won’t be going away and instead their services will be hosted on Xiaomi’s website.
Poco’s transition into being absorbed by Xiaomi will start on October 21, 2024. Poco and loyalty points will be migrated into the Xiaomi ecosystem while coupons will be reissued to users before December 12, 2024. Unfortunately, the Poco store app won’t be making the transition and will be defunct after the website closes.
Key user information such as past orders, tracking information, and reviews will also be migrated to the Xiaomi platform automatically. You may also download your personal data collected and generated on Poco and mi.com sites via your Xiaomi account.
