With Batman: Arkham Knight’s release date fast approaching, Sony has announced the availability of their limited edition Playstation 4. The “PlayStation®4 ‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ Limited Edition” will be available for purchase on the June 24 while pre-orders will start on June 5.
The whole package incldues a sexy Batman-themed Playstation that comes together with Steel Grey DUALSHOCK®4 controller. Game is obviously included in the package, albeit in a Steelbook casing. The SRP of the whole set is PHP 21,999.
Batman: Arkham Knight is the finale of the Batman: Arkham Trilogy developed by Rocksteddy. The franchise has caused a resurgence in comicbook hero tie-ins with video games, eliminating the stigma that was attached to such crossovers. The franchise features the player as the titular caped crusader as he prances about on gargoyle statues, stalking baddies, and beating up well-known villains of the franchise.
The game itself is set to be released on June 23, 2015. The non-steelbook edition will have an SRP of PHP 2,600, while the Steelbook edition will be at PHP 2,850.
