Fiber Internet is becoming more and more common in the Philippines. To cater to the more budget-oriented customers out there, Internet Service Providers have also rolled out their prepaid Fiber Internet solutions. Prepaid fiber connections enable you to enjoy fast Fiber Internet without the lengthy lock-in periods of postpaid subscriptions.
All Globe at Home GFiber Prepaid Plans require a one-time installation fee of PhP 999. Plans support both 50Mbps and 100Mbps speeds with prices starting at PhP 199 and PhP 399, respectively. You have options for plan duration ranging from 1 day to 7 days, plus the choice to include Disney+ streaming subscriptions.

GOMO has also rolled out their own prepaid Fiber service in addition to their mobile data plans. Until January 31, 2025, you’ll be able to enjoy a discounted installation fee of PhP 999 plus free 7 days of unlimited fiber.
Unlike other prepaid Fiber services, GOMO is closely integrating their mobile services into their Fiber Internet with free GOMO data on their promos.
The ISP is planning to roll out faster speeds of up to 100Mbps on their prepaid Fiber services, but plans are yet to be announced.
You can get GOMO’s prepaid fiber Internet service via their official website or by logging on to the GOMO app.
Converge Surf2Sawa is the ISPs budget alternative to their mainline FiberX plans. For an installation fee of PhP 1,000 and a subscription starting at PhP 50, you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited Fiber Internet at your home. Plans include:
There is a caveat, however, as the modem include with Surf2Sawa is limited up to only 6 devices. Converge has also disabled the Ethernet port, which eliminates the option for wired connectivity.
You can apply for Converge’s Surf2Sawa prepaid Fiber plans via their official website.
PLDT Home Prepaid Fiber plans require a PhP 1,399 installation fee, but comes bundled with a free 15 days of access. Once the bundled free access is over, you’ll be able to choose from subscriptions starting from 1 day at PhP 99 to 30 days for PhP 699.
Head on over to the official PLDT website to apply for the prepaid service.

Like last year, Converge Surf2Sawa remains the most affordable of the lot thanks to economical subscription models starting at only PhP 50 despite a PhP 1,000 installation fee.
GOMO has the most “expensive” plans among the 4, but they do include free 7 days of unlimited fiber. It’s also worth considering that their subscriptions include mobile data, which is advantageous for GOMO subscribers.
Globe at Home GFiber Prepaid has the most flexible prepaid Fiber plans among the ISPs. Their installation fee of PhP 999 is reasonable and they bundle in free 7 days of unlimited access. Globe also offers a 365-day subscription and the option to include Disney+ features.
PLDT has solid options, but PLDT loses out with a more expensive installation fee (though they do throw in 15 days of access upon installation) and slower speeds of up to 35Mbps.
As we’ve said before, the best prepaid fiber Internet service is the one available in your area. Check out the ISPs respective websites to see if they are operational in your vicinity before settling for a service.
