It’s official, both the realme 12+ 5G and realme 12+ 5G will be making their debut in the Philippines on March 7, 2024. This generation of realme’s numbered series are promising “flagship-level smartphone cameras” with a luxurious design.
realme has developed two camera systems for each device: a 64MP Periscope Portrait Camera, a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera, and an 8MP ultrawide lens for the realme Pro+ 5G; and a 50MP Sony LYT600 OIS main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro for the realme 12+ 5G.
The Pro+ 5G’s design has been co-developed with watch designer Ollivier Savéo to bring a premium look to the smartphone. Both smartphones will have a Premium Vegan Leather variant embellished by a Polished Sunburst Dial and 3D Jubilee Bracelet. The Pro, however, will have a Golden Fluted Bezel on its camera while the vanilla model has polished PVD edges.
Official pricing of the realme 12+ 5G and realme 12+ 5G are going to be announced on March 7, 2024. The brand, however, will be holding a blind pre-order for the two smartphones from March 1 – 7. During this period, the realme 12+ 5G will be bundled with a TechLife 4.5L See-Through Air Fryer worth PhP 2,799 while the realme 12+ 5G will come with either a TechLife High-Speed Hair Dryer or TechLife 4L Digital Rice Cooker worth PhP 2,399.
The first selling period of the devices will start on March 8 until March 17, 2024. Its freebies will still be available only until supplies last.
