The realme 13 Pro Series 5G has made its way into the Philippines after its Indian debut last month. It comes with iterative hardware upgrades over its predecessor, but focuses more on imaging capabilities by including new sensors and AI Ultra Clarity.
The realme 13 Pro Series 5G’s AI Ultra Clarity claims to increase clarity or enhance the resolution of blurry photos. The brand says that it can be used with all types of photos from first-hand taken photos, photos from older smartphone models, or low-resolution images found online.
HyperImage+ AI uses on-device AI algorithm and cloud-based AI image editing techniques that allows the realme 13 Pro Series 5G to use Smart Removal, Group Photo Enhancement, and even Audio Zoom.
Taking the lead of the series is the realme 13 Pro+ 5G with its 50MP f/1.88 Sony LYT-701 main camera with OIS and 50MP f/2.56 Sony LYT-600 Periscope Telephoto. A tier down is the realme 13 Pro 5G packing a 50MP f/1.88 Sony LYT-600 main camera with OIS. Both will come with a 32MP f/2.45 front-facing camera and an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide.
Charging speeds are different as well between the two despite having the same 5,200mAh capacity battery. The Pro+ packs 80W SuperVOOC charging while the base model comes with 45W SuperVOOC.
Aside from the cameras and charging speeds, hardware on the two are similar. They are based on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 platform with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Both will also pack a 6.7-inch 2412 x 1080 120Hz OLED screens running at 120Hz, dual speakers, and a Monet-inspired look designed in collaboration with MFA Museum.

The realme 13 Pro Series 5G starts at PhP 24,999 in the Philippines. The realme 13 Pro 5G will come in a single 12GB/256GB variant for PhP 24,999, while the realme 13 Pro+ 5G comes in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB models at PhP 28,999 and PhP 31,999, respectively.
The lineup will be up for pre-order until September 4, 2024 and will come with mystery bundle with up to PhP 29,999 worth of items until stocks last.
If you miss the pre-order period, you can still win prizes of up to PhP 16,990 from September 6 – 8 and September 13 – 15 if you get it via a participatint realme physical store.
realme will be offering the 13 Pro Series 5G through several flexible payment options including major credit cards and Home Credit with up to 0% interest rate at 18 months.
