realme is upgrading the realme 9i with a 5G variant with the new realme 9i 5G. The 9i 5G has different specifications from its 4G brother as it comes with a 6.6-inch 2400 x 1080 90Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chip, triple rear cameras with a 50MP f/1.8 main lens, and a 5,000mAh battery. Charging speed and front camera, however, have been bumped down to 18W charging and 8MP f/2.0, respectively.

The realme 9i 5G will initially be available in India in 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB models priced at INR 14,999 (PhP 10,500) and INR 16,999 (PhP 12,000), respectively. No word yet about its launch date or pricing in the Philippines.
