realme has officially introduced their new Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship, the realme GT7 Pro. The flagship brings plenty this generation including an underwater mode, a new type of display, and one of the largest batteries in its class.
realme packs in a massive 6,500mAh battery on the GT7 Pro. It supports 120W SuperVOOC charging, which isn’t the fastest charging in the market but is plenty fast nonetheless. To take advantage of the chassis’ IP68 and IP69 rating, they have implemented an underwater photography mode to the device.
Speaking of photography, the GT7 Pro comes with a 50MP f/1.8 Sony IMX906 main camera, a 50MP f/2.7 Sony IMX882 Telephoto, an 8MP f/2.2 Sony IMX355 ultrawide, and a 16MP f/2.5 front-facing shooter.
The realme GT7 Pro is one of the first smartphones to use Samsung’s Eco2 OLED Plus panel on its 6.78-inch display, which allows it to reach peak brightness of up to 6,000nits. The display also comes with 120Hz refresh rate and support for HDR10+.
It will run on Android 15 with realme UI 6.0. There’s plenty of AI integration on the device including Sketch to Image, Motion Deblur, AI Erase, and AI Snap mode.
The realme GT7 Pro is priced starting at CNY 3,599 or around PhP 30,000 when directly converted. It is currently exclusive to China, but is expected to launch to a global audience later this month.
