realme has one last hurrah this 2024 as they launch the realme Note 60x in the Philippines. Positioned as an entry-level device, the Note 60x is slightly more affordable than the original Note 60 but with largely similar specifications.
The realme Note 60x comes with the budget-friendly Unisoc T612 chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It has 6.74-inch 1600 x 720 90Hz IPS display that supports Rainwater Smart Touch that enables it to be used without issues even if it’s wet.
It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging – the same as the Note 60. They say that its battery can maintain 80% battery health after a thousand charging cycles.
The smartphone runs on Android 14 with realme UI. They are promising 4 years of lag-free use with its 48-Month Fluency Guarantee though they have not indicated as to how many updates it will receive throughout its lifetime.
While it still comes with a 5MP front-facing camera, its main camera is now an 8MP shooter from the original’s 32MP. Its chassis is rated IP54 for dust and water resistance, a little bit less than the Note 60’s IP64, and realme has removed the side-mounted fingerprint scanner on its power button.
The realme Note 60x is priced at PhP 4,799 in the Philippines and will come in Wilderness Green and Marble Black colorways. It is currently exclusive via realme’s official TikTok shop where you can get PhP 1,000 off on the device until December 9, 2024.
