Launched back in May 2018, Realme me has been named as the fastest growing mobile brand. The brand has shipped more than 10 million smartphones, which allowed it to reach the top 10 mobile phone manufacturers in the world.
Aside from having a footprint in 20 countries including China, Europe, India, Russia, and several countries in Southeast Asia, Realme’s success can be attributed with their targeted marketing to the budget-oriented and to the youth.
Realme’s fast growth is more apparent earlier this year with the brand releasing a slew of mid-range offerings in the form of the Realme 3 and Realme 3 Pro.
The company has also announced that they will be dipping their toes in the flagship market. There’s no concrete date yet for the Realme 64MP flagship but they have announced that it will launch within the second half of the year.
Realme’s presence in the Philippines has been steadily growing since their entry into the market this year. They now have a total of 3,500 stores and 110 kiosks nationwide. The brand has also opened their first concept store in SM City Fairview.
