realme is on a roll to kick off the year with a post of revealing a smartphone collaborated with Qualcomm right before CES 2024. Seems this smartphone will carry a periscope lens, but on the teaser material they explicitly say “Hey Flagship, Meet Periscope.” which indicates that this smartphone isn’t a flagship smartphone at all.
While periscope lens on camera phones aren’t new, it’s rarely seen in more affordable lineups indeed due to its complex package and usage scenario. But knowing realme, they have the guns and capabilities to really make some dent. Kudos to them in making some mark for the first time on the US as well. Seems that aside from One Plus who is a regular in the region, realme can also make some mark too.
