Realme has officially announced that the Realme XT will be arriving in the Philippines on October 29, 2019. Packing a 64MP main camera and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 AIE, the Realme XT could be the most powerful smartphone from the brand yet.
The Realme XT packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 AIE chip, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal UFS 2.1 storage. The device runs on Android 9.0 with ColorOS 6.0 and has Dual Nano-SIM capabilities.
The real star of the smartphone is its 64MP main rear camera. Powered by the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor, the Realme XT promises impressive photo quality even in low-light conditions.
With such a large megapixel count, it can also be assumed that the smartphone will take well-detailed photos with its main camera.
“We are very much excited to finally launch this impressive 64MP super phone. We work diligently to ensure we offer products that pack innovations needed by our market. Realme Philippines is committed to making flagship experience more attainable because we believe we all deserve the best experience. We are excited for everyone to do super – super fun adventures, super amazing photos and super exhilarating activities – with the Realme super phone, the Realme XT,” shares Realme Philippines Marketing Director Austine Huang.
Direct price conversions from its India price puts the smartphone somewhere between PhP 12,000 to PhP 15,000. With taxes and other factors, actual price of the Realme XT in the Philippines might be a bit higher than direct conversion.
As expected, the brand has only posted the time of arrival of the Realme XT. Its local price, however, is still up for debate. We’ll have to wait until Realme’s official announcement on the 29th of October.
