Xiaomi is bringing in yet another budget banger in the Philippines, the Redmi 14C. Starting at only PhP 4,999, their latest affordable smartphone will pack a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra with a large display.
The Redmi 14C pairs its MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. A large 6.88-inch 1640 x 720 120Hz IPS display is placed at the front with a 13MP f/2.0 selfie camera.
Speaking of cameras, it’s rear design mimics a quad camera setup even though it only has two cameras – a 50MP f/1.8 main shooter and a secondary lens. There is an LED flash at the top to help the cameras capture photos in darker environments.
At only 8.2mm thick, the 14C packs in a 5,160mAh battery that supports 18W Fast Charging through its USB-C port. The smartphone runs on Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS on top.
The Redmi 14C is priced at PhP 4,999 in the Philippines. The flagship 8GB/256GB model is positioned at PhP 6,999 while the 6GB/128GB and 4GB/128GB models are priced at PhP 5,999 and PhP 4,999, respectively.
For a limited time, you can get the 8GB/256GB and 6GB/128GB models via Shopee with a special promo price of PhP 6,499 and PhP 5,4999, respectively.
It is now available through its online stores and will hit physical retail shelves starting October 11, 2024.
