Xiaomi is adding the Sunrise Gold and 256GB variants of the Redmi Note 12 in their offerings in the Philippines. This lets customers to get more color options to choose from and additional storage choices.
Launched in the Philippines last April 2023, the Redmi Note 12 packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset, up to 8GB RAM and now up to 256GB of internal storage with a MicroSD expansion slot. Xiaomi is able to fit in a 6.7-inch 2400 x 1080Hz AMOLED screen on the relatively budget-oriented device.
At the back is a triple camera setup with a 50MP f/1.8 main lens, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro, while selfies can be taken with a 13MP f/2.45 front-facing camera. The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W Fast Charging and will run on Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top.

The Redmi Note 12 Sunrise Gold variant is priced at PhP 7,999 in the Philippines. Two variants are available: 4GB/128GB for PhP 7,999 and 8GB/256GB for PhP 10,999. Starting August 1, 2023, the brand will be offering a PhP 1,000 discount on the Sunrise Gold model. You can now get the device via Xiaomi’s official Shopee, Lazada, TikTok stores, as well as authorized retailers nationwide.
