Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Redmi Note 12 Pro series in China. Three smartphones consist the Pro range: the Redmi Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+, and Note 12 Discovery Edition. All smartphone share the same base specifications like a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset, UFS 2.2 storage, plenty of RAM, and a 6.67-inch 2400 x 1080 120Hz OLED display.
The smartphones will come with triple rear cameras with both the Pro+ and Discovery models getting a 200MP f/1.7 main lens while the vanilla Pro settling for a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera. Both pro models will come with a 5,000mAh battery but the Pro+ will have 67W Fast Charging. The Discovery Edition, however, packs a smaller 4,300mAh battery but its charging speed is souped-up to 210W.

Pricing for the Redmi Note 12 Pro series will start at CNY 1,699 (PhP 14,000) for the Pro, CNY 2,099 (PhP 17,000) for the Pro+, and CNY 2,399 (PhP 20,000) for the Discovery Edition. They are currently exclusive to China but Xiaomi is hinting a global release down the road.
