Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 13 series will be launching India tomorrow, January 4, 2023 and its arrival in the Philippines will follow suit on January 13, 2024 according to the brand’s official Facebook page. It seems there will be at least three smartphones in the range: the Redmi Note 13, Note 13 Pro, and Note 13 Pro+.
Though the Redmi Note 13 series are slated to launch tomorrow, there are already information about the smartphones. The base Redmi Note 13 is expected to sport a 6.67-inch FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen, a Dimensity 6080 chip, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage, a 100MP main camera, a 16MP front-facing shooter, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
A tier above is the Redmi Note 13 Pro. Available information say that it will come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 complemented by up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, a 200MP primary lens with an 8MP ultrawide secondary, a 5,100mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, and IP54 dust and water resistance.
The top-end of the range is the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Much like the vanilla Pro, it is expected to come with a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen and a 200MP main camera. It ups the ante with the Dimensity 7200 chip with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage. Battery capacity is slightly smaller at 5,000mAh but charging speed is significantly faster at 120W.
Official global pricing and availability will be announced tomorrow when it launches over in India. Local pricing and availability, however, are expected to be unveiled on its Philippine launch on January 13, 2024.
