Xiaomi is bringing their latest entry-level tablet, the Redmi Pad 2 4G, into the Philippines. Packed with a large display and a big battery, the tablet promises an immersive experience for everyday entertainment.
The Redmi Pad 2 4G comes with an 11.0-inch 2560 x 1600 90Hz IPS display paired with a Quad Speaker setup to make watching movies or TV shows much more entertaining. Under its metal unibody chassis is a MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra chip paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
Xiaomi is also outfitting the device with 4G LTE connectivity on top of WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3. The whole device is powered by a 9,000mAh battery that supports 18W Fast Charging.
Cameras include an 8MP f/2.0 rear shooter and a 5MP f/2.2 front-facing camera. It will run on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 and will support key accessories such as The Redmi Smart Pen and Redmi Pad 2 Cover.
The Redmi Pad 2 4G is now available on Xiaomi’s official Shopee and Lazada stores, as well as authorized Xiaomi stores nationwide. Two variants are on offer: 6GB/128GB for PhP 10,499 and 8GB/256GB for PhP 12,499.
As an added bonus for early birds, they will bundling a free Redmi Smart Pen or Redmi Buds 6 as a Shopee exclusive until June 18, 2025, along with a PhP 500 off using the special voucher code RMIPAD2.
