Register your Globe SIM via the GlobeOne app

Globe customers can now register their SIM cards through the GlobeOne app for a convenient and accessible option to comply with the SIM Registration app.

By making the registration available on the app, Globe hopes to expand its reach to its subscribers and  finish the registration of roughly 86.7 million users in their network by April 26, 2023. As of February 22, they have logged over 14.47 million registrations.

The app is available through the App Store or Play Store. You will need to have all the necessary information and documentation ready before starting the registration including:

• Full name
• Birthday
• Sex
• Address
• Type of government ID presented and ID number
• Valid government ID with photo (file size only up to 4MB)
• Selfie photo (file size only up to 4MB)

Once you have all the needed materials, you can register in only three steps:

1. Tap ‘Register Your SIM’ when you open the GlobeOne app
2. Select the account you want to register or enter your number. Update your info.
3. Wait for the confirmation that you’re registered.

The telco has also reiterated its warning against dealing with individuals or parties offering their services to help with SIM registration as this may lead to fraud and identity theft.

Globe has also started rolling out assisted registration sites for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, users of basic phones, or anyone in need of help to get their SIMs registered.
