Announced at Computex 2017, the Ryzen-powered ASUS ROG Strix GL702ZC has now arrived in the Philippines. The notebook can be decked out with a desktop class Ryzen 7 1700 which has 8 cores and 16 threads or a Ryzen 5 1600 which has 6 cores and 12 threads. The CPU is complemented by up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM.

For the video card, the GL702ZC has an AMD RX 580 GPU with 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM. The storage is handled by a 128GB SSD that can be upgraded to a 512GB NVMe SSD. The SSD is complemented by a 1TB 7200RPM hard drive so you can bring more data while you’re on the go.

The ASUS ROG Strix GL702ZC with the AMD Ryzen 7 1700 is priced at PhP 99,995 while the Ryzen 5 1600 variant is priced at PhP 84,995. Both notebooks are now available for pre-order. You can also check out our first impression of ASUS’ Ryzen-powered notebook.
