Samsung’s first smartphone with a quad-camera setup, the Samsung Galaxy A9, is now available in the Philippines after its official launch in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last October.
Packing best of most dual rear cameras in the market, the Samsung Galaxy A9 comes with a dedicated 10MP f/2.4 2x optical zoom lens and an 8MP f/2.4 120° ultra wide angle lens while its 24MP f/1.7 primary camera is backed by a 5MP f/2.2 depth sensor to enable support for Live Focus and deliver stunning bokeh.
At the front, meanwhile, is a single 24MP f/2.0 selfie camera. The screen of the Samsung Galaxy A9 is 6.3-inch SuperAMOLED screen with an 18.5:9 ratio for a total resolution of 2220 x 1080.
Inside the Samsung Galaxy A9 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 with 6GB of RAM as well as 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 512GB via a dedicated microSD slot.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 is now available in stores for PhP 32,990. Those who will purchase the Galaxy A9 until December 31, 2018, can get a camera kit bundle that includes a mini-tripod, a Samsung 10,000mAh power bank, a Bluetooth Hand Grip, and Nanofixit Screen Protection and Screen Cracking insurance.
