The Samsung Galaxy S21 series smartphones are expected to make their debut on January 14, 2021. As their launch comes nearer, leaks are becoming more and more detailed. This round of leaks reveals that three models – the S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra – will be launched next year.
The Galaxy S21 and S21+ are expected to come with FullHD+ LTPS displays running at 120Hz, the only difference being that the former will have a 6.2-inch screen while the latter has a larger 6.7-inch panel. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have the largest screen from the lot with a 6.8-inch, WQHD+ LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

All three are expected to sport either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 or an Exynos 2100 chip depending on the region. All three will allegedly support 5G connectivity and WiFi 6 and come with Android 11 with OneUI 3.1. The Galaxy S21 Ultra, however, will have support for WiFi 6E.
Battery capacity for the S21 is rated at 4,000mAh, the S21+ at 4,800mAh, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra at 5,000mAh. No word yet if Samsung will be introducing a new charging tech this generation but we expect
The Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to appear with a quad camera setup composed of a 108MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and two 10MP telephoto lenses capable of taking 3x and 10x zoom levels. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S21 and S21+ both have a triple camera arrangement with a 12MP main lens, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 64MP telephoto.
