The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has finally made its debut to complete the S24 series, which launched early this year. Though it is the most affordable of the lot with some hardware changes, it will support the brand’s Galaxy AI and all its expanded capabilities.

The Galaxy S24 FE will come with the Samsung’s Galaxy AI Ecosystem. This enables the S24 FE to have access to several AI-powered features such as:

• Generative Edit – reassembles the photo even if parts of the frame is missing or removing unwanted subjects in the frame.
• Portrait Studio – Takes photos and converts them into cartoons, comics, watercolor paintings, or sketches.
• Edit Suggestions – Removes imperfections in the frame such as reflections with a press of a button.
• Instant Slo-Mo – Seamlessly turns videos into slow motions versions by filling in frames within the video.
• Interpreter – Translates in-person conversations, lectures, or any other type of presentations, even when offline.
• Live Translate – Translates phone calls and support is now being extended to a selection of 3^rd party apps.
• Note Assist – Streamlines the note-taking process and automates formatting and translation. You can also get the transcription, translation, and summarization of voice recordings directly when using Samsung Notes.

Its AI also allows its camera to have better “Nightography” by allowing the smartphone access to better algorithms.

Speaking of cameras, the S24 FE comes with a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom at the back. For selfies, you’ll be able to take advantage of its 10MP front-facing camera.

The S24 FE won’t be using Qualcomm for its chipset, but it will be relying on Samsung’s own Exynos 2400e. It will support Ray Tracing so games that support it will look even better on its 6.7-inch FullHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display that runs at 120Hz.

It will be powered by a 4,700mAh battery that supports 25W Fast Charging. Running on it is Android 14 with One UI 6.1 and Samsung is promising 7 generations of OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE starts at PhP 39,990. It is available in Blue, Graphite, and Mint colorways. Samsung is offering 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB variants priced at PhP 39,990, PhP 44,990, and PhP 53,990, respectively.
