The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 has launched alongside with the Galaxy Z Fold6. Much like its big sibling, it will now come with improved hardware, refinements, and plenty of AI integrations even on its cover screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 is now powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform. To maximize performance and keep the chip cool, the Flip6 is the first Flip to come with a vapor chamber.
Its 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover screen or “FlexWindow” has been enhanced with AI integration. You can reply to texts with suggested replies that analyzes your messages to suggest a tailored response. The screen also lets you access Samsung Health for updates and notifications plus it can now check information from multiple widgets simultaneously. You can customize the FlexWindow with the AI-powered Photo Ambient that lets you chance its wallpaper in real-time based on time and weather.
Its cameras also receive the AI treatment. It comes with a 50MP f/1.8 Dual Pixel AF with OIS main camera, a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 10MP f/2.2 front-facing lens. The main camera sports 2x optical zoom with AI zoom reaching up to 10x zoom. AutoZoom allows its main camera to find the best framing for your shot based on the subject, and zooms in and out before making adjustments.
